Andres Arzate
Founder and Chief Executive

Andres Arzate is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Annex Builders LLC, a company he established in September 2022 with the goal of raising the standards of the construction industry through an approach focused on integrity, innovation, and sustainable results.
His career began at the age of 18, when he founded his first business specializing in plaster and stucco work. Since then, he has accumulated more than 35 years of diversified experience, leading residential and commercial projects of various scales and complexities.
As a licensed General Contractor in the State of New Mexico (GB98), Andres combines deep technical knowledge with a client-oriented business vision. His leadership is characterized by the ability to anticipate challenges, optimize processes, and build highly effective teams—key elements for the strong positioning of Annex Builders LLC in the regional market.
Under his direction, the company has established itself as a trusted strategic partner, offering comprehensive solutions that range from planning and design coordination to cost estimation, scheduling, subcontractor management, and final project delivery. The organizational culture he has built is based on transparency, operational excellence, and personalized attention at every stage of the construction process.
In addition to his technical expertise, Andres leads with a family-oriented and collaborative approach, actively integrating his children and relatives into daily operations. This management model strengthens the company’s internal relationships, ensures generational continuity, and reinforces a long-term commitment to clients and the community.
Ramiro Vilchis
A graduate of the Autonomous University of Chiapas (2019) and ABET-accredited in the United States, he brings over six years of specialized experience in the analysis and design of concrete, steel, and wood structures, complying with both U.S. and international standards. His multidisciplinary, results-oriented approach allows him to integrate technical, budgetary, and logistical aspects at every stage of a project.
At Annex Builders LLC, Ramiro plays a key role by leading technical planning, coordinating design processes, preparing detailed cost estimates, and overseeing structural quality on-site. His ability to combine structural logic, financial insight, and team leadership makes him an essential pillar in delivering efficient, safe, and sustainable projects.
Alan Arzate
Field Supervisor
He is a Construction Supervisor committed to operational excellence, workplace safety, and the timely delivery of projects. With solid experience in field supervision across residential, commercial, and institutional projects, he coordinates work teams, ensures compliance with technical specifications, and maintains constant communication between contractors, clients, and technical staff.
His approach focuses on ensuring that each phase of construction is executed with precision, quality, and efficiency. He has extensive knowledge of materials, construction processes, local regulations, and quality control, allowing him to anticipate challenges and provide effective real-time solutions.
As a key member of the Annex Builders LLC team, Alan is responsible for overseeing daily on-site activities, verifying progress according to the schedule, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with the company’s established safety and construction standards.
Genesis Monge
She is a key member of the Annex Builders LLC team, serving as a Customer Service Representative with a strong focus on effective communication, problem-solving, and total client satisfaction.
With a proactive attitude and a high level of empathy, Genesis acts as the first point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring a smooth experience from the initial project phase through to completion. She is responsible for responding to inquiries, coordinating site visits, gathering feedback, and keeping clients informed about the progress of their projects.
Her ability to listen, address concerns, and provide timely solutions strengthens the relationship between the client and the company, contributing to client retention and a brand image built on trust, respect, and transparency.
Performs as a Project Manager, leading the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception to final delivery.
Oversees budgets, schedules, and work teams; coordinates subcontractors; and ensures compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Maintains constant communication with clients and project professionals, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and reliable results.
